The teak furniture in this collection is lightly stained to give it a honey color. To preserve your furniture's original color, lightly sand it with fine sandpaper. You can also apply teak oil at the beginning of the season; this will protect it and help it retain its honey color.

Teak is a precious, rot-resistant wood widely used in the manufacture of garden furniture because it is extremely resistant to the harshest and most constant climatic conditions (humidity).

Plantations
The wood used in the manufacture of our garden furniture comes exclusively from replanted forests on the island of Java. These forests are managed by the state organization Perum Perhutani, which determines seasonality and a logging quota to ensure the sustainability of the resource.

Maintenance
Teak furniture can be left outdoors without any special treatment. After a few months or even years, the wood will take on a gray tint. To preserve your furniture's original color or to remove a stain, lightly sand it with fine sandpaper. You can also apply teak oil at the beginning of the season; this will protect it and give it a honey-colored finish.

It is strongly recommended to shelter this furniture and protect it from frost during the winter to prevent it from getting damaged.
