Our estimated delivery times are between 5 and 7 working days after dispatch.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Standard delivery is offered for all orders placed on our website. This delivery is made to the foot of the building or to the doorstep for detached houses.
When your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to you. This link will allow you to select a delivery date according to the carrier's availability.
Yes, you can change the delivery date via the order tracking link. Please check whether this modification is still possible, as conditions vary depending on the carrier.
First of all, you can schedule your delivery via the tracking link so that it takes place when you are at home.
This depends on the size of your parcel and the delivery method you choose:
Small parcels: A delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. You will then be able to reschedule your delivery or collect your parcel from a specified delivery point.
Large parcels: The carrier will contact you to arrange a new delivery slot.
There are two ways to return an item:

2. Via our customer service department, which can organise a collection with one of our carriers or provide you with a return label for drop-off at a relay point. The cost of the return will be deducted from the refund.
As soon as we receive the parcel, we will proceed with the refund.
We will issue a full refund for returned goods, however, a return charge will apply depending on the size and weight of the items. These costs will be indicated to you when you request a return.
If your order contains an error or defect, contact our customer service department immediately, providing your order number and photos of the problem.

Refunds will be made using the same method of payment as that used for the order. Once the item has been received at our premises, the refund will be made within 8 working days.
Once the item has been received at our premises, a period of 8 working days is required. After this period, please contact our team, who will be able to advise you on the status of your return.

Our products come with a 2-year guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers manufacturing defects.
