 When placing your order, it is important to distinguish between preparation time and delivery time, which are two separate stages.

  • Preparation time: This is the time required to process your order before it is dispatched.This time varies according to product availability and is generally 4 working days.
  • Delivery time: Once your order has been dispatched, the carrier will take charge of routing your parcel, and you will receive a tracking link by e-mail.

Preparation and dispatch in France

We are proud to guarantee that our products are prepared and dispatched in France. Each order is carefully processed by our team before being entrusted to our partner carriers for fast, secure delivery.

Delivery times

We work with several carriers to guarantee optimum delivery. The choice carrier is made by our team according to the characteristics of your order, such as the weight and volume of the item. Delivery generally takes 5 working days

Click & collect

To reduce delivery times and give you greater flexibility, we offer a Click & Collect service. By choosing this option when you place your order, you will be able to collect your items directly at our premises in Bourguébus (Calvados, 14)

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation e-mail informing you that your items are available for collection.

Delivery rates

Postage is free, regardless of the carrier selected by our team. Delivery is to the doorstep (at the foot of the building or house).

Tip: If the item you are buying is heavy and bulky, we recommend that you arrange for assistance when you receive it.

 We make every effort to ensure reliable delivery at no extra cost. An "Upstairs Delivery" option is available at extra cost (see cost in your basket).

Please note Furniture assembly, unpacking and/or removal of packaging are not included. in this service.

Damaged parcel

Please note Checking your package on delivery

Do not sign any transport documents before checking the condition of your goods. Until you sign, the carrier remains responsible for your parcel.

What you must do: Open your parcel in the presence of the driver and inspect the item.

Please note: Without this check, no recourse will be possible. The driver wait until the goods have been unpacked.

In the event of damage :

  • Refuse the parcel.
  • Clearly write on the transport note: "Refused - Parcel broken", then sign.

Please follow this procedure to guarantee your right to complain.

Returns

How do I return an item?

After delivery :

 You can return the item in its original packaging to the following address:

As soon as we receive the parcel, we will proceed with the refund.

We can also organise the return via one of our carriers, at your request. In this case, the return costs will be deducted from your refund.

After clik & collect :

For Click & Collect purchases, the goods are returned to our premises during our opening hours.

Return policy

To request a return:

1. Log in to your customer account.

2. Select the relevant order.

3. Choose the item to be returned and the reason for the return

Withdrawal period :

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Return postage :

You are responsible for return postage costs, which vary according to the size of the parcel. Contact us to find out the exact cost. These costs will be deducted from the refund of your order

Return process :

Small parcels (carrier GLS or DPD outbound): A return label will be sent to you.

Large parcels (GEODIS, HEPPNER or UPS outbound) : One collection per

The presence someone on site between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. is required to collect the goods

In both cases, the goods must be packaged.

Conditions for accepting returns :

Products must be returned  their original, unused condition and with their packaging intact. Returns of soiled, damaged or incomplete products will be refused.

Refund procedure :

The refund will be made within 8 working days of receipt of the returned product in our warehouse.

Payment will be made by the same method as that used for the purchase
